What is QoE (Quality of Experience)?

TR-143 Explained

TR-143 is designed to help operators determine whether a problem occurs in the operator’s network or the customer’s home network. The Broadband Forum defined active monitoring and diagnostics guidelines in its technical recommendation TR-143. Active Monitoring, in the context of TR-143, allows the measurement of performance metrics conducive to establishing Service Level Agreements for guaranteed and business-class service offerings.
