Auto-Configuration Server (ACS)

An Auto-Configuration Server (ACS) manages networked equipment automatically using the TR-069 protocol for remote configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Service providers and enterprises use ACS to manage devices like routers and modems, simplifying network management through automation.

Axiros AXESS is a leading ACS for telcos and service providers, supporting all access technologies from fiber to xDSL to satellite. It includes TR-069, TR-369, and other management protocols to manage residential and business CPEs and the entire E2E device chain.

TR-069 ACS Server

A TR-069 server is software that provides remote management and monitoring for network devices, typically used by broadband providers to manage customer premises equipment (CPE) like routers and modems.

Using the XML-based TR-069 protocol, the server configures, manages, and monitors CPE remotely, offering diagnostics and troubleshooting. This powerful tool helps broadband providers enhance the quality of experience.

USP Controller

A USP Controller (User Services Platform) is a software application that centrally provisions and manages USP-enabled devices, supporting WebSocket and MQTT MTPs.

Easily integrated into existing systems, it offers a REST API for provisioning, firmware updates, and other management tasks, plus a web-based interface for device management.

ACS CPE Management

An Auto Configuration Server (ACS) is a centralized platform for service providers to manage and configure customer premise equipment (CPE) remotely via a web-based interface. ACS offers tools for inventory, firmware upgrades, and security management, along with training and support services. It helps reduce operational costs, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance efficiency by eliminating the need for on-site technician visits.

AXESS Product Line

  • Universal Device Management - Management Beyond TR-069 and USP

AXESS is the flagship product of Axiros, for management of CPEs with Broadband Forum-compliant CWMP (TR-069) and USP stacks but also other open management protocols. It enables highly flexible and scalable interactions with a large number of devices for the purposes of (re-) configuration, mass firmware downloads, fault clearance and general real-time subscriber support.

  • TR-069 in the Cloud - As A Managed Service

Cloud Device Management For SPs. TR-069 Device Management As A Service. For Service Providers. PreConfigured. Multi-Vendor Devices. Multi-Instant Deploy. Out of the Cloud - as a Service.

AXESS CLOUD SP - our cloud borne TR-069 service offering. Allowing service providers (SPs) to securely deploy all kind of TR-069 enabled devices and things, without the cost and complexity of self hosting an ACS. Service providers can now automate complex processes like service activation while growing slowly into the related solution operation.

Combine the benefits of SaaS with the leading Device Management platform

    Reduced Service Costs:

    • Having Axiros manage the IT infrastructure means lower IT costs for hardware, software, and fewer people needed to manage it all

    • Eradicates initial costs — AXESS CLOUD eliminates them by delivering on a subscription basis

    • Stop using, stop paying — terminate your contract when you no longer require the service

Automated Provisioning: The platform supports Internet, WiFi, and Voice Line settings for DSL, LTE, and FTTH devices, making provisioning easy and efficient
